As controversies over Kim Kardashian's marriage continues to brood, her divorce lawyer has recently broke the ice by announcing that her marriage with Kris Humphries is real and not a sham. However, Jonathan Jaxson, the TV Host and radio RJ, has criticized Kim's marriage by calling it fake.
He was reported of saying, "It was obvious that it was staged... There were contracts already in place for E! to film it. Everything was written down". However, it has been reported that a prenuptial agreement between the two was signed so that the career of Kim could not be put on stake by her marriage with Kris.
The severity of Jonathan Jaxson's comment forced Kim to send a legal notice to him. While defending his comments, he said that his comments on her marriage were his personal opinion as he has previously worked with her.
Moreover, he has denied of receiving any legal issue from Kim. It has been informed by a close source that Kim used to hire Jonathan Jaxson for tackling with the gossips about her life being posted at Media Takeout.
It has been reported that Kim has hired celebrity attorney Marty Singer to lodge a cases against Jaxson. According to the reports, Kim would be charging $200,000 for passing the comments. Kim has informed that Jaxson has previously as well using her name to gain publicity.
