Nexus One Google Phone Clarifications on Issues and ControversiesNexus One Google Phone Clarifications on Issues and Controversies – Upon launching of Nexus One Goolge phone couple of days ago, Google now encounters different issues and controversies with regards to their newly launched smartphone.

And it may sounds so weird but one of the controversies involved is about their brand name the Nexus One. You may read previous post about the issue of Nexus One naming here.

Now, some issues and concerns includes the connectivity of the phone. Google already apologized for connectivity issue with the newly launched Nexus One and in fact, the Nexus One owners in Singapore were already provided with solutions. Please read instruction below on how to resolve your problem with connectivity.

For Starhub and M1 customers, they will need to enter in their APN settings to connect to their 3G network. This can be done by any user in less than a minute:

1. Go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.

2. Hit Menu button, create new APN.

3. Enter new APN settings. See below for the details.

4. Hit Menu button, save settings.

5. Select the new APN name, then hit the home button. Your 3G connection will shortly appear in the top bar.
